I'd probably hafta demonstrate most of these, since i made most of these exercise titles up, lol. You can do less exercises and higher reps, you don't want to injure yourself and over do it
Diet = Chicken, salmon, steak, turkey, small portion rice, salads, fruits, vegetables, cereal, boiled eggs, protein shakes, water, nuts, berries, yogurt, no fast food, no candy, no ice cream, no soda. 5-6 small meals/snacks a day. Once i go back to hawaii for the summer, ill probably fall off the horse with these disciplines
